Excellent quality & taste. Scientific studies and analyzes show that mushrooms are a food rich in antioxidants, amino acids and low in fat. Dried mushrooms have richer aromas and a stronger taste than fresh ones.
Chanterelles impress with their floral appearance, their yellow, orange color and their fruity and elegant aromas, which stand out especially in white sauces or soups.
Ways of using
Soak in warm water for 15 minutes (alternatively in brandy or another drink for 30 minutes).
Drain the water.
Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes in olive oil or butter.
Deglaze with dry white wine (alternatively with the liquor in which we soaked the mushrooms).
Serve with a little salt and pepper.
Sautéed mushrooms can be added to soups, sauces and casseroles.
