Blitum bonus-henricus Dwarf or Wild Spinach
Blitum bonus-henricus Dwarf or Wild Spinach was described in 1753 by Carl Linnaeus as Chenopodium bonus-henricus, until 2012, the species was commonly included in the genus Chenopodium, but molecular genetic research revealed that it does not actually belong to that genus.
It appears to be more closely related to the genus Spinacia and is now placed in the genus Blitum in the tribe Anserineae.
