\nMethod of preparation:
\nI boil the spaghetti in salted water for 1-2 minutes less than the time indicated on the package (as they will also absorb the cream afterwards) and strain them.
\nAt the same time, I put the milk and butter in a vessel until the mixture boils 1-2 times.
\nI add the parmesan and salt and pepper and as soon as the cream sets and acquires volume, I add the truffle paste to dissolve in the mixture (without boiling). Then I add the strained spaghetti and turn it with the pot so that the sauce gets everywhere.
\nI serve on the plates and garnish with some chopped parsley, some parmesan cheese and even freshly cracked pepper.
